Things have been moving fast, my view much to fast. We met with the Transplant team on the 3rd and will be listed on the 9th.
details on that are on her blog www.MariskaAnderson.com

Sam and I are still in shock over this. Just when I think we're off the slippery rocks someone thorws us a curve ball. Just about every other day has been a visit to PCMC or a call from them. She was put on a new blood thinner Lovenox, because her heart function is so poor and they are worried about blood clots. Shes doing so great with the two shots per day. Even says thank you after them sometimes, what a kid.

on our last visit down there *monday* They wanted her to wear a holter monitor for 24 hours. And to see them in a month. (if not sooner if she gets a heart) Then today they want her on O2 and a visit on monday. Her red blood cells are to high thats the reason for o2.

Monday they want to do a weight check, She *all of us* have had a really bad cold for the last week. So she lost some weight, yikes. Her heart is so much sicker then we had any idea of. So if she doesnt look good on monday then to the ICU she goes until Angle Heart comes.

Its such a bitter sweet feeling and very emotional test. She is such a sweet heart and a fighter. Please keep her in your prayers. Phew sorry for such a long post. <3

I can't even imagine what you are dealing with since I haven't been down that road. Luckily for you there are many in the group that understand having been there with their own children or even themselves in being a transplant recipient. . . .so you are not alone.
I will be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.

big hugs as you go tomorrow. It was nice to see you and your very happy and surprisingly very active Mariska today. Alex prayed for her tonight. He had a hard time after meeting her. He wants some one to help her now. So we will be praying all the time and watching the blog for updates.

Hugs
